LAVIARA unveils its latest release, the French Collection 01 – Soleil Skybox—an opulent French Provincial style complimented by three story ceilings, arched windows, expansive space, and an internal courtyard to be envied.
Laviara’s Soleil Skybox invites you to embrace luxury. Ceiling panels stage recessed lighting and a hint at French Provincial accent ceilings evoking romantic design elements. Outside the great room, expansive windows nestled by wrought iron rails enclose the perfect grassy area for flowering shrubs or plants.
A monumental great room with three story high ceilings and windows, a full kitchen nestled beneath an arched wall echoing the windows in the room is the center piece of the skybox. Parquetry is a quintessential feature of a French Provincial style home. A warm herringbone pattern fills the great room, dining, and kitchen areas.
It is immensely evident the creators at Laviara are experts when it comes to understanding globally inspired themes. The color palette for this skybox involves drawing inspiration from nature. Popular French Provincial colors are typically whites, neutrals, greys, creams, blushes and light blues a few of which Soleil offers. In addition to the expansive great room/kitchen/dining space, this skybox offers two substantial side rooms, each with natural wood accents, gracefully scalloped wall panels which perfect quiet sophistication. The floor plan lists these as bedrooms, but truthfully, a library, an office, or other such needed space could be created on one side while having the other side as a bedroom.
Plenty of light is brought in through the courtyard’s open air ceiling which vaunts rough hewn wood beams and a massive skylight. Garden plots snug beneath the skylight hint of trees and flowering shrubs to come. The inner walls of the two bedrooms are made of wood and glass looking out toward the courtyard. Wooden doors make it possible to effortlessly move from room to room. A vast private bath sits to the end of one of the bedrooms.
