Today’s image is a delightful scene by Arweenwhitfield. In the heart of the village, where stone streets wind like ribbons through time, there stands a weathered terracotta fountain, its edges softened by the passage of countless seasons. Its wall, adorned with intricate patterns, cradles cool, clear water drawn from the depths below. A donkey wanders over and dips its muzzle towards the water. With each gentle sip, the donkey’s lips create ripples, distorting the reflection of the surrounding village. Watched over by curious little birds the scent of freshly picked flowers fills the air from the baskets left behind. The donkey’s ears flicker, alert to every sound, yet its focus remains on the refreshing oasis before it.
