It includes a table and matching chair, a pancake tray, and pancake decor. The chair is loaded with solo and couples animations as well as props that attach automatically when an animation is chosen. It also includes a HUD with various solid and print options for the cushion. The pancake tray dispenses serving to you and your guests and also can be purchased separately. The set is available in PG and adult versions, land impact for each item is 2-5, and all are copy/modify/no transfer.
