The Green Door is participating in Uber with their latest release, the Balboa House, from Feb. 25th through March 22nd and is set at 20% off for the duration of the event.
The Balboa House is a 2 story stucco home with a land impact at 115 starting point, and comes with copy and modify permissions. This build includes 3 bedrooms, an office, multipurpose room, kitchen and dining/living room, and walk out roof terrace.
