The title of today’s photo says it all: Welcome Autumn. If you live far enough from the equator to experience seasons, it’s likely you’ve noticed it – the beginning of the summer’s reluctant meandering toward her place of hibernation. Maybe you’re looking forward to spiced cider and new scarves, but even if you’re not, you have to admit that the imagery of the season is a thing of beauty. Eloen has done a great job of creating that vibe. Her photo features rust-colored foliage, an orange-tinged sunset, and an earth-toned daybed tucked into a cliffside lean-to. Like early autumn, the scene is bursting with color. Even the sunflowers continue to hold on, though we’re not sure for how long.
