The long lost days of summer have come and gone and all that is left are ruins covered in autumn leaves. This photo sure feels like how summer ended up in the year of COVID19. All of the pool toys are rusted over, deflated, or crumbling and the pool was covered since there will be no summer this year. Nature has begun to reclaim this property as the autumn leaves fall and the squirrels come out of their hiding areas to find acorns. This image just fills our minds and hearts with the longing of summer to return again. It is sad but at the same time absolutely beautiful. Who doesn’t love the coming of those autumn days?
