Chic Buildings is participating in the 8/9 round of the Cosmopolitan Event with this new release of Coastal Cabin Stilt House and Boat Repair. The current round of Cosmopolitan runs from September 7th and runs through September 19th.

Sold as a three texture pack of natural, dark and weathered grain, this house is original mesh and baked textures, and fits onto a 1024 sqm area. Also included is a rustic bench.

The Boat Repair set makes a lovely addition to the stilt house or by itself. With a land impact of 20, this décor of an upturned boat waiting to repair, perched on the worktable, with crates of tools, paint pots, step ladder and oars to add to complete the look.
