SPARGEL & SHINE – DANIKA HOUSE – COSMOPOLITAN

Spargel & Shine is participating in the new round of Cosmopolitan with the Danika House. Cosmopolitan new round starts on July 13th and runs through July 25th.

Danika House is a mid century house with stone, white brick and cement textures. Large glass doors and windows with blinds that can go up or down in 3 positions. Danika house has one large living room with kitchen area, 2 rooms with wooden floor that can be used as bedrooms and one room with marble floor that can be used as bathroom.
A decorator menu is equipped with three contron panels. One with wall tinting options, one panel with 3 glass door options and one panel for door locking.
Footprint is 30×35.
The house has 68 Li and 89 Li with blinds. Bush set is 16 Li. Owner permissions are copy and modify.
