DAD DESIGN – ST.THOMAS HOUSE – FAMESHED

DAD DESIGN has done it again with releasing another beautiful home, the St.Thomas House for FAMESHED.

This ‘home’ is a well planned style with a bit of the Caribbean style all while having the American Victorian Architecture. As always all of DAD DESIGN’s creations are 100% original mesh and the textures are high quality and realistic. This amazing home has a large size which is characterized by large verandas, which are perfect for anyone that loves having an outdoor living room that is surrounding the house. Inside the house there is a large hallway which gives you easy access to all 4 rooms. The central ceiling ends with a skylight which lets in a lot of natural light. You could use this home for many different ways, such as a regular family home or even a vacation home.

Something so great about this home is that you can personalize this home in so many different ways!
Throughout the home there is switches, all you need to do is touch them and you can access a menu of 74 different pre loaded textures, which is perfect for anyone who loves to change their rooms look often.  Your able to change the texture of the hall, Room 1 through 4, and the exterior. Another bonus this time is that there is a special HUD included for you to choose from 5 different colors for the roof! If you hope to change the color of your flooring in the home, all you need to do is go into edit mode, select face and choose your favorite floor texture. For security there is 3 settings to choose from, Level 0 for everyone to access, Level 1 for a list of access in a note-card, and Level 2 which is owner only access.
