SPARGEL & SHINE – ASTON HILL HOUSE – DRAFTSMAN
SPARGEL & SHINE have released the “Aston Hill House” at the new round of DRAFTSMAN.
A beautifully styled Victorian house with covered porch entrance that leads to a traditionally tiled hall where decorated stairs rise up to the first floor. The ground floor has two reception rooms and a kitchen with sliding wooden door. In fact all the doors slide into the walls – which are a great space saver and can open up the reception rooms into one large room.
The first floor has a large landing with window and two bedrooms, the main bedroom has arched windows. Then there is a small tiled bathroom. All the rooms have the sliding doors and wallpaper décor. On the landing a ladder leads to the attic area.
The hatch with ladder can be open with the ladder down or closed and the ladder disappears. It’s a smaller height in the attic as this takes all the roof area but it is also open plan. A couple of small windows let in the light and it has a cosy feel to it. There’s a shingle roof which matches the covered porch area.
The Land Impact of “Aston Hill House” is 167 with Permissions of Copy/Modify. It is relatively narrow widthways, so should slot into land easily. The three floors of living space compensate for the narrow width. It’s a town house, in effect, but has a much grander feel to it. Viewing recommended!
